So I’ve got two massive exams next week. For one I have to read another 300 pages of interesting yet very dense sociological theory before I can even start studying, and the other I have to revisit 100 or so powerpoint slides that I must’ve slept through (or read the Uni gazette) during class because they don’t seem familiar at all. So that’ll be fun. I had intended to study all weekend, but I seem to have tickets for the Arts and Humanities Formal this saturday night.. and I have no formal clothes! Huzzah. That will be a slight deviation from the study.
Back to news of our ski trip.. as my parents have discoverd, Trudy gets her pictures up quite quickly on her blog (click to it on the right). But I’ll put some up eventually. So go check Trudy’s blog and come back later for some of my pictures.
In other news we got some mail from Laura this week! We love you Loz! She sent me not one but TWO items featuring James Dean. One of the post cards was all the way from Paris - and it’s a picture I’ve never seen! Thanks Loz. It was a nice surprise.
We’re also missing our dish pig Bodie who has returned to Oz safe and sound to the opressive heat, sociological wombs and a never ending cacophany of the OC, Charmed, Buffy, Angel and more. We’re currently debating the cost effectiveness of either shipping dirty plates home or simply adopting a disposable approach to dishes and cuttlery.

how fun does snow sound!!! best i have come to seeing/playing in snow was ski trip……and that wasn’t “real” snow like Canada snow (fake australian imitations in comparison to the snow your seeing)
Have fun with the big exams nect week…i have 4 things due next week….they are all soo crappy that i have to force myself to sit down and just do them hey….bloody uni!
Guess what…it was Brock and my 3year anniversary on Tuesday how crazy is that!! We decided to celebrate the week by having him crash his car on saturday night and loose his job on Tuesday then crash his dads car (not so bad) by running into his mums friends car on Thursday!!! YAYAY what a week hey lol…..
Ok well you are up to date on my life now (applications for a job close today)….hope someone hires me! heheh

but heat sucks for some reaosn i have all this reading that i don’t want to do but seemed for some reaosn to be forced this semester lol i get to do 3 onlines quiz’s in 1 week yay!!! oh a nd quick womb update woodward is funny as ever!!! more readings such randomness in class a definnition of culture which was “a way of life” he wanted somethign brief it was brief and vague i even said culture defies definition in whihc he laughed and walked away haha, he saw we had summed it up quickly.
on a hilarious note i was tempted to say culture is like a box of choclates you never know which aspect your going to get which ooo should post on the discussion forum lol. me and a friend are laughing muchly at woodwards antics so i’ll keep u updated!!!!
