Hello! It has been brought to my attention that some people visiting my blog have not been commenting. If this is you, comment now so that it looks like I’m more popular.

In other news, there was sunshine in Canada land! I didn’t even wear a jacket today. Just one jumper a t-shirt and some jeans. 13 degrees! Practically Gold Coast weather (or something..) It was funny to see all the people out and about running around, playing sports, walking their dogs or just sitting in random hills that I’ve only ever seen snow on before.

Then I went to the library only to be distracted by half the people I know in Canada. So no study for me. Yay!

  6. Hey Brady!!!

I ALWAYS read the blog, but am one of thise guilty of not being a regular commenter!!! haha

guess wat…..i had an interview with QLD’s 2nd largest law firm yesterday (Thurs) in brisvegas called McCullough Robertson. Was pretty scary they asked weird Q’s like when i had to manage conflict last and when the last time was that my values were compromised….Wats with that hey.

I thought all was going well UNTIL the night b4 the interview i was checking through the 21 applications i sent out to find that the 1st sentence of my resume was WRONG on EVERY single one of them. They all said my career objective was to work at Blake Dawson Waldron (obviously this was supposed to be changed each time i sent an application….but i didnt) ahah

After my intitial response of crying for a hour i realised how F***ed i was and have spent all of today rining these firms to apoligise and send amended copies.

For some firms it was too late anyway as the closing date was MAcrh 10…so basically i have ruined my career and the $90 000 or so that my parents have invested in such career…….

Great time at the moment lol

Hope ur having lots of fun times- and as ur mummy blogged, “keep vitamining” lol

    Love Liz

  9. hey brady!
yeah.. tis true i rarely comment. my bad. things are pretty exciting in australia (not). the uni has decided that to get your degree you actually have to study EVERY DAY. rude. some guy almost crashed his plane into our uni today. the brave soul found a vacant patch of bush to crash in rather than take out the 3500 people on kessels road at any one time. the poor guy died. how sad.
on brighter news jason got confirmed today!! he is no longer a first year connie, hes a full blown copper (yay for the pay rise). my happiness had been dampend by the news that liz has not been editing her work. Did i teach you nothing in english?! come to think about it, we never did talk about english…. it now makes sense.
Im getting married in THREE MONTHS!! ahhh! my friends at uni want me to add another hyphen to my last name just so they can laugh when i have to tell the examiners that it wont fit on the mark sense sheet. funny for them… impracticle for me. on the subject of the measurements i need from you… just go to a suit hire place and say “measure me up for a suit” and email them on over. dont panic about it, jason hasnt even done it yet.
and this is why i dont comment. much rambling.
    hi casey
    xx zoe

  11. I whole-heartedly disagree with Vicksan. I want this weather to stay, I’ve had enough of this crappy winter. Cool site btw…
