I am very pleased to be back after my lengthy leave of absence! Having completed a full evaluation of Ten Forward and the report of Admiral Rascal I have decided to make some major changes. I am of the opinion that these changes will better the structure and cohesiveness of this site, especially in light of Outpost 10F which will be opening very soon. After having discussed the situation with Admiral Rascal in quite some depth, we have decided to make the following changes:

1. The opening of a new department, known as the "Special Tasks Unit" consisting of officers who work individually on some specific assignment on their own time. The following officers will be assigned to this new unit:
   • Commander Robby - Internal Operations Officer
     Robby will be answering all email dealing with everyday chat operation. This will specifically focus on questions from visitors regarding error messages they might receive. Robby will commence work once the new site has been operating for a few weeks, allowing us the chance to eliminate any common error problems.

   • Captain Tommy - Reunion Coordinator
     Tommy will allocate his time and effort to the upcoming Ten Forward union scheduled for June 1999 in Las Vegas. After June his tasks will be modified.

   • Lieutenant Oilymion - Executive Editor
     Due to Captain Tigris's time constraints Lieutenant Oilymion will assume the role of executive editor for the newsletter. All departmental heads must forward Oilymion a copy of their monthly reports so that he can include it in the newsletter. Should Captain Tigris wish to return to this duty at a later date, she may do so.

   • Commander HVG - Media Relations Officer
     Due to the nature of the expanding site it has become necessary to appoint an officer to devote his efforts solely towards the advertising aspect of Outpost 10F. HVG will strive to advertise Outpost 10F through search engines, newsletters, applications for site awards and other various means. This was originally a Communications assignment, however, we feel the head of Communications should devote his/her time into managing the personnel and projects associated with this team. HVG may work alongside Communications should it become necessary.

2. The modified Administrations department:
   • Fleet Admiral Adolf - Department Manager
   • Admiral Rascal - File Manager
   • Commodore Robert Fox - Promotion Facilitator
   • Captain Sunrise - Social Director
   • Captain Tigris - Personnel Liason Officer
     Tigris will assist the Admiralty by providing a means of communication between all members of Outpost 10F and Starfleet Command.

   • Commander Ivonna Pol - Operations Manager
     Ivonna will assist the Fleet Admiral with the management of the departments; she will ensure maximum department activity and participation, and will be authorized to make changes once approved by the Fleet Admiral.
3. The modified Communications Department Executive:
   • HEAD - Lieutenant Commander RDMG
   • DEPUTY HEAD - Lieutenant Commander Sym
   • VICE DEPUTY HEAD - Lieutenant Terral

   Lieutenant Commander Erik Javes will continue serving in the Communications department. It was decided that due to his time constraints it would be best at this time to provide him with a less demanding role.

4. The modified Security Department:
   • HEAD - Commander JKAD

   It has been decided that there is no need for a senior deputy. JKAD will re-evaluate the entire security roster and make approved changes where applicable.

5. The modifed Counseling Department:
   • Head Counselor - Lieutenant Commander Zilette
   • Counselor - Commander Kassandra
   • Counselor - Commander Deanna
   • Counselor - Lieutenant Commander Kat
   • Counselor - Lieutenant Commander Honey Fox
   • Counselor - Lieutenant Mombo
   • Counselor - Lieutenant Katia

   Due to Kassandra's time constraints it was decided that it would be best to provide Zilette with the Head Counselor position. Kassandra will remain as an active counselor within the department. Zilette will re-evaluate the Counseling roster and make approved changes where applicable.
