Anyone who violates that rule will be asked to remove the page. Failure to do so will result in Outpost 10F Administrations in contact with the page server and remove the page by force. 2) ID numbers are to be assigned by the administration department only. Once the department head assigned their officers a project or approve a project by their officers, he/she is responsible for requesting ID numbers for those projects. 3) Finished product will be inspected to ensure the product does not violated the project guideline. Once approval the project will then authorized to be open to public. 4) The subsribtion of the project will last for approximately 6 months. If the owner does not renew his/her ID number by that time it should be removed. A warning letter will be send to the owner 15 days prior to the deadline to provide a sufficient time for he/she to renew his her project. 5) A page will be made that list all the projects currently running in Outpost 10F. The list will include the following: - Name of the project - URL - Officer(s) who is/are responsible for the maintence of the project - Officer(s) E-mail address - The department it belongs to - Activation date - Deadline - Current condition (active, under inspection, overdue...etc.) Note that the list does NOT serve the same function as the shutlebay, although it shows all the info the shuttlebay does. The list should only be available to executive staffs and the Administration staff only. 6) Since freelance officers does not belong to a department, he/she should send project proposal to Commander Ivonna Pol or Captain Sunrise for authorization. Once a proposal is accept the project will be assigned an ID number. Departmental Project Guidelines (Revised version) ------------------------------------------------- If you are interested in starting a project you are required to do the following: A) If you are a department head 1.You must submit a detailed proposal of your ideas to both admirals for approval before any official work has begun. 2.Once the project has been cleared by the admiralty you must discuss this proposal with your executives. 3.Your departmental homepage must be updated to include this new project so that members are aware of this new opportunity. 4.The head and the rest of the department executive may then allocate tasks pertaining to this project to officers of their choosing within their respective department. 5.You must also request a project ID from Captain Sunrise for the project to be declared official Outpost 10F department project. B) If you in a department but are not the head 1.Submt a detailed proposal of your ideas to the head of the department. If the head feels the proposal is worthy of further development, the head would then discuss the proposal with the admiralty. 2.If the project is approved by the admiralty the head of the department would then designate tasks for the project to other members after discussion with the member who initiated the project proposal. 3.The initiating member will be designated as the project leader and will report weekly to the head who will then report bimonthly to the admiralty. PARTICULARS 1.You may NOT plagiarize anyone else's material. Information MUST be stated in your own words. 2.You may NOT utilize members which are not within your department without the explicit permission of the respective department's head. 3.Members of a department cannot be involved in more than one project at a time without the explicit permission of the head. 4.After the completion of the project due credit will be given to the initiating member. However, the initiating members may NOT claim the project as his or her own after it has been designated as a departmental project utilizing Ten Forward resources. 5.Once a project is complete all images, html files and or scripts must be placed in a zip file and sent to the admiralty for archival purposes.
