The Vancouver 2003 union was a small but enjoyable gathering. The focus of the union was to get outside and take advantage of the scenery of beautiful British Columbia. Of course, Outpost talk did make its way into a conversation or two. The group spent much time in the sun and visited the following places:

  • Stanley Park
  • Canada Place
  • Outpost 10F Server Room
  • Capilano Fish Hatchery
  • Cleavland Dam
  • Lynn Valley Suspension Bridge
  • Harrison Lake

The group also enjoyed:

  • Movie and pizza nights at my place
  • Burying Demon Slayer in sand while on the beach
  • Eating at a wide array of Vancouver restaurants

Below are the pictures I took during this union. I only took pictures the first day, as a) my digital camera ran out of space and I was too lazy to fix it, and b) I figured I'd leave the photography up to more experienced personnel (Demon Slayer). You'll have to wait until the other photo pages arrive before you see most of the fun.

Kaela and Ducky fight over the camera; Vern wants none of it

Demon Slayer "reloads" for another sneaky picture

My traditional "crew in motion" picture. You'll be happy to know I didn't bump into anything this time

I get a picture with Kaela! Yeah! But what am I hiding behind my back?

A lovely picture and what cool shades Jesse has... if only Demon Slayer didn't do his psycho look
