FEBRUARY/MARCH 2004:

1. Rejoined the Artists Guild ~ unsure of the date...
2. Commenced work compiling a list of possible artists for biographies.
3. Began work on the first biography ~ Doug Chiang (ONGOING.)
4. Submitted EOM.

1. Completed work on Doug Chiang bio but had to rewrite it due to data loss ~ should be uploaded in a day or two.
2. Finished working on navbar graphics for the AG main page, available for viewing here.
3. Began work on second and third biographies ~ Matthew Stawicki and Michael Whelan.
4. Submitted EOM.
5. Updated diary.

4. Formatted and uploaded Michiel's contest entry.
5. Formatted and uploaded Lupus' contest entries.
6. Formatted and uploaded Jarek's contest entry.
7. Sent an interview to Star Anise.
8. Recieved the interview from Star Anise, formatted and uploaded for viewing in my folder.
9. Started planning a showcase project, more details to come!
10. Recieved, formatted and uploaded trekfan.'s bio. Ready for viewing in his folder.
11. Started training trekfan. in the mystical arts of HTML so he can edit and format his own bios (ONGOING).
12. Updated diary.

3. Officially off leave again.
4. Formatted and uploaded Smile's interview of Soran - hasn't been added to EOM - which, incidentally has been submitted - but it's in my folder, ready for viewing.
5. Checked AG email accounts for missed entries etc.
6. Made a slight alteration to Soran's July entry - creation details.
7. Formatted and uploaded DeBoe's July entry.
8. Formatted and uploaded Queen of the Universe's July entry.
9. Interviewed Michiel, formatted and uploaded to my folder.
10. Formatted and uploaded The Cosmic Surfer's July contest entry.
11. Posted advertisment for July contest in the forum.
12. Recieved FTP details for the AG mainserver and downloaded a backup set for future editing. Familiarised myself with the layout.
13. Uploaded Michiel's interview to the mainserver and made necessary alterations to the index page.
14. Instructed trekfan. on the proper use of the AG email account.
15. Recieved, formatted and uploaded Freeman's July contest entry.
16. Recieved, formatted and uploaded Kame's July contest entry.
17. Uploaded all contest entries for July to the main server and altered the necessary pages to reflect the changes.
18. Approximate work hours (as of 18/07/2004) ~ 23H.

AUGUST/SEPTEMBER 2004:

1. Recieved trekfan.'s resource article on watercolours, bevelled the image and uploaded to the mainserver.
2. Compiled a list of all contest winners, biographies, resource articles and interviews for the past year, inpreparation for the Annual Ceremonies.
3: Emailed Max E. Meier, III after his acceptance into Artists' explaing protocol etc.
4. Reviewed Zilette's proposed award list for the Annuals - nothing to add.
5. Concluded work on the new buttons for the Artists' website and began the arduous task of recoding all the pages to accomodate said buttons. Hopefully, they should all be ready for upload by 07-08-2004.
6. Temporary difficulties prevented me from participating in the department, difficulties which have now been overcome.

SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2004:

1. Moved Max E. Meier to freelance while he sorts out some personal problems.
2. Continued work on AG site recode, which is now complete.
3. Started making a list of possible interviewees.
4. Recieved and formatted trekfan.'s latest offerings and prepared for upload at the end of the month.
5. Recieved and formatted 4 contest entries for this month's AG contest.
6. Spent some time talking with the new SM, Shaker, and discussed possible changes/improvements within the department.
7. Submitted EOM.
