Yeah so I should probably update or something…...

Back on a weightloss kick. went to this fitness test thing at work and the fella basically said I would be dead by the time I was 40 (cheery sort) saying that my Cholesterol was fine (3.99 if it means anything to you) but my blood pressure was high 130/96. So he told me to get my Doctor to check it out. The Doctor had it as 144/86 – I don’t know if these fluctuations matter? So I’m to go back in a month and get it checked again.

Now Im walking 30 minutes 6 times a week (sometimes 5) trying to walk up to the 3rd floor at work and get the lift to my floor from there at least once a day and going out for a bit at lunch time. Christ I hate it. I am a naturally inactive person :( . I shall persevere though.
