Welllllllllllll I went to the gym and the start of the programme was fine – warm up on the cycle machine for 6 minutes, then sitting leg presses, 4kg dumb bell repeats, rowing machine, um some chain pull thingiemuhbob and I think Im supposed to do chest presses but it hasn’t been put on my card and i haven’t been shown how to do it. All of which is fine. What killed me was the 15 min treadmill walk (not even running). Sweatin like you would not believe. Very glad they have showers and that I brought a change of shirt!
