Didn’t go anywhere last week

This week 15st 9lbs -lb

1lb gone

15st 10lbs (and 1/2 but who’s counting the 1/2 eh eh?)

18th April 16st 1lb

25th April 16st

2nd May 15st 11lbs

I’ve also lost a total of 5 stone!!   Which is half way to my goal and in fact I now have lost more weight than I have left to lose.

Yay me!

16st 1lb (and a 1/4)

16st 4 and uh 3/4 I think

So another 1lb!

But this week I’ve dropped 3lbs

4lb loss!

Although I spent a bit of last week at 17.5 and I’m now 17.7. So not feeling happy at the mo
